Your identity goes beyond prescribed conventions – so can your therapy.
I combine training and experience into a therapeutic approach that is tailored to your needs, and together we work to create an environment that allows your inner voice of truth, no matter how quiet it may have become, to take its rightful place at the forefront of all you do. The social worker in me looks for the resources and strengths in your wheelhouse and how we can apply them to exact tangible change for the dilemmas in your life. Discerning what you’re truly hungry for in this life might sound like a tall order, and giving yourself permission to feed that desire is another thing entirely. But the secret is this: you do not have to do it alone. Are you ready to access a new standard of pleasure?
The services I provide are entirely virtual. Here’s why:
Just as I have designed my therapeutic methods to be organic and flexible, I want to also ensure the same is true of how I provide those methods. The world we live in today is full of unknowns, and your decision to include therapy doesn’t have to be an additional source of stress. That’s why I want to meet you where you’re at…literally. As the number of hoops you have to jump through to merely get to a physical office decreases, the more emotional and logistical space you have to focus on what really matters to you.
Individual therapy is formatted as one-on-one 50 minute video sessions. The services I provide encourage a processing of the past, if relevant, in order to establish a present that prioritizes your particular needs, desires, beliefs, and dreams. Gender identity, sexual orientation, alternative lifestyle choices, communities of preference, and neurodivergencies are respected, celebrated, and integral to the work we do. The challenges of your life and mind require customized care to identify customized solutions.
This mode of therapy is formatted as multi-person 50 minute video sessions. From a therapeutic standpoint, working synchronously with each unique part of a larger system is a fruitful and transformative process. These services focus on identifying what interpersonal harmony means for you and your partner(s) and how this translates to your daily life. Exploring the overlap of communication styles, attachment styles, sexual orientations, gender identities, and BDSM/kink identities – as it coincides with trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges – ensures that whatever relationship model you engage in can be it’s most authentic and pleasurable.
